WHAT IS A TEAM IN MLM?
“Team” is a group of members recruited to an MLM company. It includes the members recruited by a distributor to his downline and his downline recruits as well. Sometimes the members in the company may not know each other of the team as a particular distributor/member does not directly recruit the members. The main job of a team or team members is to sell products and services through a network of people. Companies that implement Multi-Level Marketing encourage existing team members to recruit new members to their team, leading to the business’s expansion.
